We strive to provide our community with affordable, professional healthcare for our furry family members with the aim to be the clinic of choice for the surrounding area. We are equipped to perform procedures ranging from orthopedics’ and arthroscopes, to advanced diagnostic imaging and all routine procedures. Our veterinary team have special interests in surgery, cardiology, dermatology and emergency and our nursing team have a combined experience of over 80 years.
The Role
We are looking for a superstar receptionist to join our team on a Part-Time, maternity cover basis. This role will see you:
- Dealing with client enquiries in person, over the phone and via email
- Managing the appointment schedule
- Processing payments & balancing end of day takings
- Administration support to our team of Veterinarians and Nurses
- Client education and product sales
- No weekend’s and no after hours
- Experience is a must.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has:
- Exceptional customer service skills and phone manner
- Provides high standards of care to our clients and patients
- Mature and professional when dealing with clients
- Excellent at time management and multi-tasking
- Ability to use initiative, working in a team and independently when required
