About the Role
As an Apprentice BMW Parts Interpreter, you'll become an expert in identifying and sourcing genuine BMW vehicle parts. You'll work closely with customers, mechanics, and suppliers, developing the skills to:
- Determine the correct parts required for BMW vehicles
- Interpret technical specifications, diagrams, and computer systems
- Use electronic catalogues and inventory systems
- Provide top-level customer service and support
- Ensure accurate and timely ordering of parts for repairs and maintenance
This hands-on role combines technical knowledge with customer interaction, making it perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving and working in a fast-paced environment.
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is:
- Passionate about the automotive industry
- Willing to learn and committed to completing a parts interpreting apprenticeship
- A great communicator with attention to detail
- Reliable, self-motivated and a team player
- Ideally has a driver's licence or is working towards getting one
