About the role
Somerville Doctors' is seeking a talented Practice Nurse to join our close-knit team in Somerville, VIC 3912. This full-time role will see you playing a vital part in providing high-quality, compassionate healthcare to our patients.
What you'll be doing
- Delivering a range of nursing services, including administering vaccinations, conducting health assessments, and providing patient education and support
- Assisting our General Practitioners with examinations and procedures
- Maintaining accurate and comprehensive patient records
- Ensuring the clinic's medical supplies and equipment are well-stocked and in good working order
- Promoting a positive, patient-centred atmosphere within the practice
What we're looking for
- Registered Nurse qualification and current AHPRA registration
- Demonstrated experience in a general practice or primary care setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a caring and empathetic approach
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using medical software and technology
- A passion for delivering exceptional patient care
