A part-time Administration/ Receptionist position is immediately available at Goldfields Psychology.
This role includes being the first contact with clients, providing service information, clerical support to psychologists, appointment scheduling and invoicing.
Candidates must have administration and reception experience. We require a highly professional person who is capable of managing confidential information, is detail-orientated, can take initiative and work autonomously as well as work well within a team. Experience with Word and Outlook are essential. Experience with Medicare claims and use of Halaxy and Tyro/EFTPOS facilities are highly desirable.
Only those seeking part time hours need apply. Permanent hours are two days (16 hours) per week. Flexibility to cover holiday and sick leave absences is preferred.
