About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Welder/Fabricator/Boilermaker to join our production team. This full-time, permanent position will involve manufacturing high-quality products in a timely and efficient manner. Your work will play a key role in our growing operations.
Located in Ballarat, Victoria. You must be willing to undergo pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
Key Responsibilities
• Work independently to a high standard with minimal supervision.
• Ensure tasks are completed on time and to specification.
• Follow detailed engineering drawings to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Contribute to the efficient operation and growth of the production line.
Skills & Experience
• Trade qualified. Minimum 3 years preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Forklift licence is preferred.
• Proficient in reading, understanding and following detailed engineering drawings.
• Experience in both heavy and light metal fabrication.
Personal Attributes
• Self-motivated with a positive, professional attitude.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
