We’re looking for a Relationship Manager to join our thriving national team and make a real impact. This role can be based out of Ballarat, Melbourne, Bendigo, Shepparton, or Echuca. You will manage a well-established portfolio of valued, long-standing clients, built on trust and strong relationships
About the Role

We’re looking for a Broker ready to take ownership of a varied portfolio. You’ll be key in delivering exceptional service while growing your expertise in a supportive and dedicated team of brokers.

• With a client service officer, you will manage a portfolio, handling everything from new business to renewals and policy maintenance
• Overseeing claims management, ensuring smooth and efficient outcomes for clients
• Playing an active role in identifying new business opportunities
• Preparing quotations, negotiating with underwriters, and compiling reports

You’re a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills and a genuine passion for supporting your clients. Holding your Tier 1 certification, you’ll benefit from working with an experienced team who are driven by providing high-quality service to their clients.
You have a thorough knowledge of Business packs and a commitment to client relationships will drive the growth of your portfolio, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction in your role.
