Client Service Manager. - Pat time from 9.00 am to 1.00pm.

This role reports to the Operations Head and requires prior successful experience in management or supervision, ideally within the cleaning or facilities sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality cleaning services to clients according to established scopes of work, ensuring that all services consistently meet or exceed client expectations.
· Confident and accomplished Customer Service Manager
· You will have the ability to lead and, enhance operational disciplines, think tactically and strategically and manage multiple stakeholders.
· Prior experience in a service-oriented or cleaning industry·
· Building trust with clients by exhibiting professionalism, discretion and strong commercial insight. Key responsibility will be ensuring compliance with service delivery contract, meeting deadlines and handling reporting requirements.
· Familiarity with cleaning specifications for various sites.
· Skill in identifying customer needs and challenges.
Responsibilities
· Oversee the daily management and operations of the sites, including regular inspections, audits of quality service, ensuring contract performance, adherence to relevant KPIs, handling complaints, and addressing any related issues.
· Maintain consistent, face-to-face communication with client representatives to strengthen relationships and ensure satisfaction.
· Liaise with customers, gain insight into the client's decision-making processes to better align services and strategies.
·Proactively anticipate potential issues with clients and resolve them before they escalate.
· Manage attendance across various worksites, ensuring appropriate coverage when a cleaner is absent.
· Hands on approach
· Provide training and support for new and existing contractors / cleaners, aligning with the company's strategic goals, only if required.
· Monitor and report on the performance of contracted services, as per the scope and ensuring compliance with the company’s operating systems.
· Ensure clear, timely and effctive communication both internally and with external stakeholders, including clients and other key partners.
· All candidates must be be willing to undergo and successfully complete a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
