An amazing opportunity has become available for a passionate Sales Manager to drive sales for this beautiful and iconic property.
Few conference venues in country Victoria can match Lancemore Lindenderry Red Hill on the Mornington Peninsula. Located just 60 minutes from Melbourne CBD, 40 elegantly designed guest rooms and spacious lounges, together with 5 highly adaptable and purpose-built meeting areas, provide you with an extraordinary unique and curated product to take to market.
You would have a seasoned industry background and proven experience driving sales, sourcing new clients, maintain existing relationships, maximising sales and increasing occupancy through networking, promotions and marketing.
Balancing your time between the breathtaking property and our Head Office in Melbourne CBD, you will be responsible for
Drive Sales & Business Growth: Identify new opportunities, generate leads, and implement sales strategies to maximise occupancy.Build & Maintain Client Relationships: Develop strong connections with corporate, MICE, and leisure clients to drive repeat business.Marketing & Promotion: Collaborate on targeted campaigns, attend industry events, and conduct site inspections.Sales Negotiation & Conversion: Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and secure bookings.Performance & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyse trends, and refine sales strategies for continued success.
About You
Sales Experience: proven experience in Sales Management role, ideally within MICE (Meetings, incentives, Conferences and Events) SalesStong Industry Network: well established connections in and around MelbourneResults Driven: Track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIsStrategic Thinker & Negotiator: Skilled at securing commercial outcomes and identifying new business opportunitiesRelationship Management: Passionate and skilled in managing and maintaining key client accounts.Exceptional Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills with a persuasive, engaging approach.Sales-Driven Mindset: Comfortable with lead generation, cold calling, and proactive business development.Client Experience Focused: Dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences through property tours, familiarisation events, and client engagement.Passionate About Hospitality: A true advocate for boutique hotels and premium service experiences.
