About the role
Thanks to our rapid expansion across Victoria and beyond, we’re on the hunt for an exceptional Construction Manager to join our powerhouse team. You'll be the driving force behind our residential construction operations—leading, mentoring, and empowering a team of Site Supervisors to deliver homes that families will love for generations.
You will be responsible for:

Conduct weekly and monthly site inspections—because quality starts on the ground.

Support and lead a team of talented Site Supervisors to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget, and with outstanding craftsmanship .

Run energised, effective construction meetings to keep projects (and people) moving forward.

Analyse spend and maximise value across builds.

Collaborate with internal teams—drafting, estimating, sales, and accounts—to keep everyone in sync.

Interpret plans, engineer reports, and specs with ease.

Ensure compliance with building codes, OH&S regulations, and contract conditions.

Champion a safety-first culture on every site.

Be a confident and solutions-focused leader who thrives under pressure—and keeps the team inspired, even when the unexpected hits.

Be a Positive Leader and remain focused amidst challenges and distractions
Skills and experience
At the core of everything we do is quality , and we’re looking for someone who lives and breathes that standard. You’ll need:

OHS qualifications and a deep understanding of building safety.

5–7+ years’ experience in residential construction management (volume building a bonus!).

A strong trade background (highly regarded).

Proven leadership in managing multiple residential builds.

A “get it done” attitude—you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves.

Exceptional planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Confidence interpreting plans and construction documents.
-
Solid computer skills and a driver's licence (essential).
