Description:
Responsible for:
- Create a variety of pastries, cakes, cookies, tarts, and other baked goods.
- Use standard recipes and techniques to ensure consistency and quality.
- Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients; manage ingredient inventory.
- Design and decorate pastries and desserts to meet visual and quality standards.
- Oversee baking times and temperatures to ensure proper cooking.
- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment.
- Follow food safety and hygiene regulations to prevent contamination.
- Track and order baking supplies and ingredients as needed.
- Work with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operation and service.
- Modify recipes based on customer feedback or ingredient availability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience, supported by the necessary qualifications.
