District Manager - Ballarat Region

Hungry Jack's has a rare and exciting opportunity for a District Manager to take on our Ballarat Region (including other additional regional Restaurants).

The primary role of the District Manager is to provide continuous people development to enable each Restaurant to operate as successful and effective business profit centers. More specifically, the District Manager areas of responsibility are:

  • Guide the restaurants to maximum productivity and efficiency through the measurement and analysis of results including but not limited to, speed of service, labour management & control of food waste.

  • Maintain a commercially focused business plan.

  • Lead by example through actions and behaviour.

  • Be a key agent in communicating and managing operational change within Hungry Jack’s.

  • Deliver quality management decisions & advice to district.

  • Effectively leading sustainable change management processes within the district and state.

  • Communicate to all levels of the business.

  • Foster a competitive, collaborative and fun spirit within teams.

  • Commitment to a guest obsessed culture.

REQUIREMENTS - MUST MEET ALL REQUIREMENTS LISTED BELOW TO APPLY

  • Highly driven, organised and possess exceptional communication & leadership skills.

  • Proven results in a similar role.

  • Must live within the allocated region.

  • A collaborative leader who is strategic, analytical with influencing abilities that span beyond their immediate direct reports.

  • Have a current and valid driver's license with the ability to travel and work flexibly (occasional night and weekend work)

  • National police check clearance
