Willis Setouts & Surveys is seeking an experienced Surveyor for a full-time role covering Ballarat, Bendigo, Geelong and surrounding regions. The role offers the opportunity to focus on construction setouts in the domestic market, with additional tasks such as feature surveys, control surveys, as-built surveys, and post-pour surveys.

About the Role:

This role focuses on construction setouts and complementary tasks in the domestic market, ensuring efficient and high-quality outcomes for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Performing construction setouts as the primary focus.

  • Completing feature surveys, control surveys, as-built surveys, and post-pour surveys as required.

  • Ensuring quality assurance and compliance with industry standards.

  • Managing your workload effectively to ensure timely delivery of results.

  • Collaborating with the Willis team, with job allocations handled by Willis management.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail, time management, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously and efficiently.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and adapt to challenges on-site.

  • Proficiency in surveying equipment and software (e.g., AutoCAD, LisCad).

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in land, civil, engineering, or commercial surveying is essential.

  • Industry surveying qualifications are preferred but not essential (Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree).

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various sites within the region.
