About You
Experience in a similar role in an a la carte hotel restaurant or functions venue will be highly regardedYou must have a passion for food and beverage with the ability to make great connections with all our guests. A la carte waiter experience in a quality dining environment will be of great interest. Valid RSA certificateA desire for service excellenceA basic understanding of wines and spiritsA great communicatorAvailability to participate in a 7 day working roster of days, nights, weekends and public holidaysAbility to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environmentInitiative and be a team playerGood personal presentationSelf-motivation, can do attitude
