As a Sales Consultant, you will work with the most luxurious, iconic fireplace designs available in the market, showcasing products that set the benchmark for style and quality.
Your role will connect you with Australia’s top architects, designers, and builders—helping them transform their visionary projects into reality with our exclusive fireplace designs. Whether it's a rooftop cocktail bar, opulent seaside residence, or high-profile commercial developments, you will be at the forefront of luxury design.
This is an office-based role located in Mornington, with occasional travel to meet with influential designers and specifiers, building a powerful network within the high-end interiors industry. As well as our retailers, over 45 nationally, you will have the opportunity to leave a lasting mark on landmark projects and elevate your career in the luxury market.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain relationships with retailers, architects, designers, and builders to drive sales growth.

Promote Sculpt Fireplace Collection products to increase specifications in high-end projects and boost retailer sales and displays.

Provide expert product advice and tailored recommendations to clients.

Handle enquiries, maintain CRM records, and generate sales reports.

Attend events, trade shows, and meetings to expand networks and showcase our products.

Deliver outstanding customer service and ongoing support, including product training and CPDs.

Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
Key Requirements

Proven sales experience within luxury goods, interior design, architectural industries, or related fields.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.

Ability to read and interpret floorplans and provide precise technical specifications.

Strong organisational skills with keen attention to detail.

Self-motivated and capable of working independently and collaboratively.

Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel nationally as required.

Knowledge of fireplaces or the home improvement industry is a bonus but not essential.
