About The Opportunity
We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Child & Family Health Service Parent Helpline as an Associate Nurse Unit Manager, where you will be responsible for:
Promoting continuity and consistency of care in collaboration with the Nurse Unit Manager, Assisting the Nurse Unit Manager or equivalent in the implementation of practice changes; andAssisting the Nurse Unit Manager or equivalent in undertaking service management responsibilities, e.g., Performance management processes, recruitment, staffing, leave management, rostering, work allocation, and attendance management; financial and supplies planning and monitoring.

To be successful in this role, you will have the ability to:
Effective communicator, problem solver, conflict resolver and negotiator.Able to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.Able to prioritise workload and meet set timelines, whilst working under minimal supervision.Able to be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within the healthcare setting
