About the role:

Operating within the School of Behavioural and Health Sciences Ballarat , the Lecturer (Physiology) is accountable for high quality teaching outcomes through the effective development and maintenance of lectures and small group classes for specified Science units (Anatomy, Physiology, Pathophysiology) that are undertaken by Nursing, Paramedicine and Physiotherapy students.

What we offer:

  • The University pursues an excellence agenda and offers an environment where staff are welcomed and safe, and valued through development, participation and involvement.

  • Total remuneration valued to $138,750 - $163,685 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $117,246 - $138,429 (pro rata) pa (Academic Level B), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading. A 2.8% increase will be effective from the beginning of the last full pay period before 30 June 2025.

  • 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.

  • Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
