Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients upon arrival, ensuring a positive experience.
- Answer telephone calls and manage patient inquiries promptly and courteously.
- Schedule, reschedule, or cancel patient appointments as required.
- Provide administrative support, including document filing, scanning, and copying.
- Assist with clinic and surgery cleaning to maintain a hygienic environment.
- Manage patient invoicing and accounts accurately.
- Assist with our patient recall systems to ensure timely follow-ups.
- Provide chair-side dental assistance to our dentists when required.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with strong multitasking abilities.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Experience with dental practice management software, such as Exact, is preferred.
- A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
