ABOUT THE POSITION:
As an Environmental Engineering Assistant Intern, you’ll support environmental investigations, assist with compliance projects, and contribute to sustainable solutions for industrial and municipal operations. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates looking to gain real-world experience in environmental engineering and sustainability practices.
ABOUT YOU:
To be eligible for this internship, you should:
- Be currently studying or recently graduated in Environmental Engineering or a related discipline
- Possess strong analytical and research skills
- Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Be available at least 3 days per week
During your internship, you may gain experience in:
- Preparing, reviewing, and updating environmental reports and recommendations
- Collaborating with environmental scientists, planners, and legal or business experts to address environmental challenges
- Obtaining, maintaining, and updating permits, procedures, and regulatory documents
- Supporting environmental remediation projects , including system design and regulatory analysis
- Monitoring the progress of environmental improvement programs
- Conducting facility inspections to evaluate effectiveness and ensure compliance with environmental standards
- Providing project documentation, data collection , and administrative support
