A Senior Project Manager/ Construction Manager is sought by an established National Tier 2 Builder, with experience managing education and healthcare construction projects over $150 million.The Opportunity:
- Working for a busy Tier 2 Builder overseeing education and health infrastructure construction projects in the $150 million range
- You will have experience delivery large construction projects in a Senior PM/ Project Director/ Construction Manager capacity

- You will be managing a team of Project Managers, Site Managers, Foreman, CA's, Engineers and Cadets
- An established Tier 2 Builder
- T/0 $1 billion annually
- Reporting to a State Director
- Focus on construction projects in the $100 - 200 million range
- Established client base, with full order book of work for 2025
- Modern offices, with close transport links and parking
- Trading for over 40 years
- Reputable business with solid supply chain
- A Construction Management Degree or similar
- Experience in leading project teams on large scale education or healthcare construction projects
- Business improvement expertise
- Ability to lead, train and develop the construction team
- Performance management experience
- Risk management knowledge
- Previous project management/ construction management experience with Tier 2 Commercial Builder in Sydney
- Construction experience on projects over $150 million highly desirable, government construction experience highly regarded
- Procore and MS Project experience sought
- A steady career history as a Senior Project Manager/ Project Director/ Construction Manager
