At United Disability Care (UDC), our mission is to empower individuals to Love their Life and Live their Dreams. Join our dedicated team as a Disability Support Worker in Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, assisting individuals with intellectual, physical, and behavioral challenges.
About the Role
We’re seeking compassionate, experienced support workers for permanent part-time roles (around 25 hours per week, including sleepovers).
Key Responsibilities :

• Personal Care: Assisting with daily activities and hygiene
• Manual Handling: Providing physical support, including hoisting
• Domestic Tasks: Maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Meal Prep: Assisting with or preparing meals
• Medical Assistance: Supporting in unplanned medical situations

Requirements :

• Experience in disability support or lived experience
• Current driver’s license, registered vehicle, First Aid and CPR certificates
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Excellent communication, computer, and smartphone skills
• Available for Sleepovers/Active nights
