The Position
We are seeking qualified Occupational Therapists to join our team. You will be afforded the autonomy to choose your split of days based on your preference for occupational rehabilitation or NDIS clinical services. This is a hybrid position, reporting to a primary and secondary supervisor within both service areas.
We are flexible with working hours and are seeking applicants interested in a full-time position , based in our Penrith/Parramatta offices! If you are looking to relocate, we can also offer relocation assistance!
Day-to-day you can expect to:
- Manage new referrals for one-off functional assessments, liaising with injured people, health professionals, and insurers, to support individual recovery.
- Complete Functional Assessments and reports.
- Managing a caseload of participants and designing therapy programs to work towards achieving participant outcomes.
- Complete Activities of Daily Living Assessments and reports.
- Manage the delivery and implementation of equipment or modifications.
- Using clinical skills and professional opinion to develop participant centred goals specific to the client’s circumstances.
- Work with experienced Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals to ensure timely and quality assistance is provided to our clients.

- Occupational Therapist (with AHPRA registration);
- Experience in occupational rehab or delivering person-centred NDIS services;
- Current Police clearance, Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Check;
- Current drivers’ licence and vehicle (vehicle use reimbursement is provided);
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management;
- Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking and problem solving;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach; and
- Genuine commitment to continuous improvement.
