This opportunity is ideal for someone with a trade sales background or a tradie wanting to transition into a stable, office-based role.Key Responsibilities:Assist customers in person and over the phone with product inquiries and purchasesProvide accurate quotes and follow up to maximize conversionsStay informed about market trends, competitor pricing, and productsNegotiate with customers to achieve successful sales outcomesWork well under pressure while maintaining excellent customer serviceUnderstand customer needs and recommend the best products and solutionsIdentify opportunities for repeat business and new accountsQuickly learn and retain product knowledge to offer expert adviceHandle incoming customer phone calls professionally and efficiently. Respond to customer inquiries via email in a timely manner. Coordinate with the warehouse teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Proactively reach out to customers to address concerns. Accurately enter quotes, orders and payments into the ERP system.
