This role would be well suited to an experienced Property/Tenancy Manager with experience in private real estate or community housing. The Team Leader will work as the 2IC of our East Maitland branch and will report directly to the Executive Manager - Operations. You will have the skills, ability and willingness to work with a diverse range of people, have a proactive approach to your tasks and possess excellent customer service skills.
To be considered for the role, you must address these criteria in your application.
- Experienced tenancy or property manager ideally with a minimum of 3 years current experience;
- Solid understanding of tenancy legislative requirements;
- Experience in preparing for and representing at the NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal;
- Demonstrated experience in leasing, management of breaches to the Residential Tenancy Agreement, rent arrears management;
- Experience in leading and/or managing a team is highly desirable;
- Demonstrated highly developed organisation skills and the ability to undertake tasks independently;
- Current drivers licence
