An Aged Care facility in Kandos NSW close to Mudgee is looking for a new Care Leader in their team. They are looking for someone who has a caring approach, who can offer expertise on nursing care matters while mentoring your team to deliver the highest standards of care.
Use your clinical expertise to shape best-practice care delivery and support a time of change at the facility.
Essential Criteria

• AHPHRA Registered
• Available F/T Role
• Bachelor of Nursing
• Extensive Experience as a Care Manager in Aged Care
• High knowledge and understanding of Clinical Standards
• Change Management Experience
• Strong communication skills
