Chef/ Cook – Full Time
$70K + super (approx. $1,092/week after tax)
Increase to $75K after 3 months if it’s the right fit!
40 hours/week | Flexible roster:
5 days split shifts (11am–3pm & 4–9pm) Or • 7 nights x 5hr shifts (4–9pm)
Run the grill, fryers and plate meals to a high standard. Clean, sanitise and stock rotation ️Busy kitchen around 210 meals daily - lunch 70 -dinner 150+ Accommodation can be provided to the right candidate -
Kitchen hand great at following instructions assist the Chef/Cook with food prep and cleaning! Follow kitchen procedures and maintain hygiene standards. Clean plates and dishes. Connect the magic in the kitchen to the dining table. Part time and casual work available - weekends required Full time 7 nights x 5hr shifts (4–9pm), OR • 5 days split shifts (11am–3pm & 4–9pm)

Be the face of the Junee Hotel- engage with customers Taking orders for drinks and meals at the bar
Clear communication with all areas of the hotel - work with kitchen staff & front of house Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights are our busiest services Re stock of fridge products and stock rotation Comply with all health, safety and licensing laws. Assist with setting up and packing down responsibilities
Clear glasses & plates from tables, ensure area is clean and reset. Full time is 40 hours/week | Lunch + dinner shifts • 5 days split shifts (11am–3pm & 4–9pm) Part time and casual work available Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
