Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute digital initiatives across our brand portfolio. This role is pivotal in driving online growth, enhancing brand visibility, and fostering customer engagement through innovative digital strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to each brand's identity and objectives.
* Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end digital campaigns, including paid media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and affiliate programs.
* Content Collaboration: Work closely with our creative teams to produce compelling content that aligns with brand messaging and resonates with target audiences.
* Analytics & Reporting: Utilise tools like Google Analytics to monitor campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal departments and external partners to ensure cohesive and effective digital marketing efforts.
*AI & Automation: Stay ahead of emerging AI tools and marketing automation platforms to drive smarter, more efficient campaigns and customer journeys.
Qualifications
* Experience: 5 years in digital marketing, preferably within the fashion or retail industry.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms, SEO/SEM, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
* Creative Acumen: A keen eye for design and storytelling, with the ability to translate brand narratives into engaging digital content.
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
*AI Awareness: Familiarity with emerging AI capabilities and how they can enhance marketing performance and personalisation at scale.
