Active OOSH is a large and rapidly expanding Out of School Hours Care provider in NSW.

Active OOSH is a leading out-of-school-hours care provider with 25 centres across the Mid North Coast and Tweed regions. We are dedicated to delivering high-quality care and engaging programs for children aged 5-12 years before school, after school and during school holidays.
About the role
The Administration & Customer Support is the first point of contact for inquiries to the office. The position will liaise with customers, Active OOSH Centre Coordinators and the office-based team. Our head office team plays a vital role in supporting our mission to provide exceptional care by ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for parents, family members and caregivers.
Key Responsibilities

Respond to all incoming customer inquiries received via the phone and email;

Oversee childcare enrolments and liaise with families;

Work collaboratively with Centre Coordinators to triage enrolments;

Analyse processes and identify internal administrative improvements;

Conduct regular surveys, use customer feedback and analyse reports to gain real-time insights to provide exceptional service;

Be an active promoter of Active OOSH’ upcoming programs and vacation care to families;

Bring a friendly, energetic and positive approach to your day-to-day work!
What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in providing quality customer service;

Data entry skills and high attention to detail;

Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities effectively;

A confident communicator who can provide clear and timely information and is able to build positive relationships with stakeholders;

A solutions-focused mindset with the ability to work autonomously;

Understand or be willing to learn the Child Care Subsidy system and our childcare database, Kidsoft;
-
A working with children check is advantageous but not essential.
A salary of $70,000 (plus super) is being offered for this full-time role.
