What You Will Be Doing
You will be part of the busy JHH Outpatients team, a large service providing access and support for outpatient specialties across John Hunter Hospital. Shifts range from 7:00am to 6:00pm, and you will be based on-site at JHH. Your duties will include welcoming patients to clinic, processing arrivals, booking follow-up appointments, and preparing clinic documents. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth and efficient clinic operations.

The successful candidate will be:
Reliable and adaptable, with a strong work ethic.A confident communicator with outstanding customer service skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy environment.Computer literate and able to retain information quickly.Open to working shifts, as some roles operate on a 24/7 roster.Polite and professional on the phone, with a background in customer service.Able to develop and maintain positive relationships with colleagues at all levels.
