We are on the lookout for an experienced Sales & Showroom Consultant to join our team in the Coffs Harbour showroom . This role is perfect for individuals with a strong drive for delivering exceptional customer experiences and expertise in flooring, tiles, window furnishings, and more. As a Sales & Showroom Consultant, you’ll play a key role in helping customers select the perfect products for their homes or businesses, ensuring top-notch service from start to finish.
Your responsibilities:

Greet customers in the showroom and offer expert advice on flooring, tiles, window furnishings, and other related products.

Answer incoming phone calls and emails, assisting customers or directing them to the relevant team members.

Understand customers' needs, preferences, and budgets to recommend suitable products.

Process customer payments accurately and efficiently.

Demonstrate product features, benefits, and installation processes to customers.

Prepare accurate and profitable quotes, process orders, and follow up with customers.

Coordinate with suppliers and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing showroom with up-to-date product displays.

Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and ongoing promotions.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service with professionalism and care.

Assist with administrative tasks, including order processing and inventory management.

Attend meetings and appointments punctually and professionally.

Meet individual and team sales targets consistently.

Update and maintain accurate customer, inventory, product, and sample databases.
You will have the following:

A positive attitude with a strong customer service orientation.

Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite.

High-level verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to read floor plans and provide accurate measurements (training can be provided).

Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

A current driver's license.

Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
