The role
Due to our continued growth, we are currently seeking an Optical Assistant to join our team in our Lake Haven store. You will have the opportunity to work in a modern, progressive, fast-paced business where providing exceptional customer service is at the forefront of everything we do.
You’ll be involved in all aspects of our customer journey, which will include using high-tech pre-testing equipment and dispensing from our range of fashion forward, excellent quality frames. You’ll work to healthcare guidelines, and provide a great customer experience at every opportunity.
The skills we’re looking for
- Previous experience as an optical assistant or a strong background in a retail environment.
- Fantastic organisation and communication skills
- The ability to work effectively in a team environment and thrive on working at a fast pace
- Flexibility to work retail hours, which includes late nights and weekends
