About the Location

About The Role
As Grounds and Maintenance Supervisor, you will provide a high level of customer service to our guests while maintaining the grounds of the park, including a vast array of amenities. You will also coach, train, and mentor the Grounds and Maintenance team to ensure high standards are maintained.
This is a permanent, full-time position.
Responsibilities
Maintain all public open space areas to a high standard as indicated on the site plan.Ensure that all works carried out by Grounds & Maintenance are completed to a high-quality standard and in accordance with instructionsMaintain garden beds including pruning, weeding, fertilising, replanting, mulching, and hedging as requiredMaintain lawns and plants.Manage the site budget allocated to grounds and maintenance and ensure remain within budget.Maintenance and general repairs in relation to guest and resident accommodation Regularly check and attend to general repairs to all public open space areas as requiredRespond and assess permanent resident queries and escalate to relevant trades if requiredAdvise the Manager of any significant financial pressures and strains put on the site as a result of budgetary limitationsEnsure rubbish bins are collected and emptiedClean and maintain the pool and pool area in accordance with procedures (if applicable)Arrange and administer all repairs and/or maintenance of tools and equipmentEnsure there is a maintenance register in place to record equipment servicing and repairsAt all times exercise and maintain the highest respect for the residents, guests and employeesOvernight shifts required
About You
Demonstrated experience in a grounds/maintenance roleFull 'C' class drivers licenseDemonstrated ability to provide leadership and direction to other staffGood time management skillsExcellent customer service skills and teamworkAvailability to work weekends
