We are a young, vibrant workforce, and we’re looking for dynamic individuals to join our team in our Central Coast office. We have a range of exciting opportunities available, including entry-level positions in appointment setting , team management , business development , and consultancy , to support our growth along the East Coast, including Newcastle, Central Coast, and Sydney.
If you have excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service, and a desire to make a real impact—this could be the role for you! No prior experience is required, but it will be highly valued.
Key Responsibilities:
Appointment Setting : Generate appointments through various marketing methods and channels.
Consultations : Meet with clients to assess their home or business and design a bespoke renewable solution.
Project Management : Oversee the client’s installation journey, ensuring it meets our standards and timelines.
Client Relations : Build and maintain trusting relationships with clients before, during, and after services.
Collaboration : Work closely with team members to ensure smooth project execution and continuous process improvement.
Sales Support : Assist in driving sales efforts by educating clients on the benefits of solar and battery solutions.
