About the role


As a Personal Care Worker you’ll provide assistance to our residents, ensuring they are supported with services and activities that are centred around their wellbeing, independence, interests and choices.



  • To provide high quality, safe, and timely contemporary personal care; assisting with the functions of daily living according to the individual needs of residents.
  • Support and care for residents as they age and assisting them to maintain their independence and live with dignity, self-determination and comfort.
  • Assist the resident with self-care needs, safe mobility and transfers, and complete documentation.
  • Join a caring community with opportunities to progress your career in nursing or leadership.
  • Ensuring an effective and consumer focused care and service delivery for all residents

To be successful, you will have:



  • Certificate III in Aged Care or Individual support
  • Med comp highly regarded
  • Experience in care role highly regarded
  • Valid working rights in Australia (Passport, Birth Certificate etc)
  • Valid Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • NDIS Worker Check (or willingness to obtain prior to commencement)
  • Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain)
  • Evidence of Covid-19 vaccination
