Unite Construction is proud to be exclusively partnering with a long-established, privately owned Brisbane-based property developer in the recruitment of a Construction Manager. With over 15 years of successful delivery in the high-end residential sector, this developer is known for their premium townhouse and apartment projects throughout South-East Queensland.
With a strong pipeline of projects and development approvals already in place, they are now launching their own in-house construction division to self-deliver townhouse projects including 100+ dwellings. This strategic move opens up a rare and exciting leadership opportunity for a senior construction professional to spearhead this new business arm.
Key Responsibilities:

As Construction Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the construction division. You will be responsible for:

• Leading the delivery of multiple large-scale townhouse projects
• Building and mentoring a high-performing construction team
• Establishing and refining construction methodologies, systems, and processes
• Ensuring project success from conception to completion

Required Experience & Skills:

We are seeking a driven, experienced, and forward-thinking Construction Manager who thrives on innovation and delivery excellence. Key requirements include:

• A current QBCC Builder’s Licence
• Proven experience delivering townhouse or residential developments at scale
• Strong leadership and team-building capabilities
• A solutions-focused mindset and openness to modern construction methods
• High standards of professionalism, accountability, work-ethic and integrity
