Your New Role
Joining a dynamic and supportive team, you will advise high-net-worth individuals, private enterprises, and multinational corporations across diverse industries including construction, finance, healthcare, technology and energy.
This role offers exposure to a broad range of corporate and commercial matters from business structuring and shareholder agreements to M&A transactions, capital raising for start-ups as well as corporate governance for public companies.

Your Skills Profile

• 1-4 years' in commercial law
• Strong academic results;
