We’re on the look out for a MarTech CRM Engineer to join a well-established business which has just merged with a couple of other big players within the industry. They help millions of Australians each year save $$$ on their one stop platform.
The Role
As a CRM Engineer (MarTech), you’ll be involved in bringing together two platforms to create a unified, best-in-sector technology stack. We’re looking for someone who can help bring this vision to life with a main focus on the MarTech stack.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the implementation and day-to-day management of their MarTech stack, with a focus on marketing automation and customer engagement platforms. You’ll report directly to the Head of MarTech and executing audience segmentation and lifecycle automation across multiple customer touchpoints to enable data-driven campaigns.
This is a hands-on technical role where you’ll stay open to new technologies such as CDPS (Customer Data Platforms) and multi cloud automation tools such as Azure.
This role is based in Brisbane (they do have a office in Melbourne too which you’ll get to visit!), you’ll get the choice to chose either hybrid working involving 1 day per week from home or a 9-day fortnight.
Skills
- 3-4 years of experience in Martech, Marketing Automation, CRM, or related fields.
- Marketing automation platforms (Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, HubSpot, or similar).
- event-based marketing, audience segmentation, and lifecycle automation.
- Experience with API integrations, webhooks, and CRM/CDP connections is a plus.
- SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or Liquid scripting.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills for diagnosing and resolving complex data issues.
- Experience working in Agile, Scrum, or product-oriented teams is a plus.
