SkinKandy is the global destination for body piercing and piercing accessories. With a portfolio of over 80 stores, we are dedicated to making our client’s piercing dreams a reality, and their experience unforgettable.
This is more than just a buying role — it's a chance to lead the end-to-end product journey. You'll play a key role in shaping the SkinKandy product offering nationwide and ensuring we continue to deliver high-quality, on-trend pieces that our customers love.
What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Owning the product strategy across ANZ

Managing the full buying lifecycle – from sourcing to negotiation, costings, and inventory planning

Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships, locally and globally

Leading product development whilst collaborating with marketing, retail, and operations to drive sales and customer engagement

Analysing sales trends and customer feedback to refine the range and product roadmap

Developing a merchandising plan, consistent with SkinKandy's business strategy of Product Excellence, Destination and Shopper/Customer Optimisation

Leading and mentoring a small, passionate team
What we are looking for:

Proven experience in a retail buying or head of product role

Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the current market

Trend Savvy and customer focused decision maker

Strong attention to detail

Advanced reporting and analytical skills

Excellent computer skills (Excel, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint) and proficiency in commerce platforms highly regarded
