Our Gold Coast team is growing!
We have been providing NDIS services in the Gold Coast region since 2021 and we are seeking a passionate and energetic Speech Pathologist to help us make a difference in participant’s lives.

Using a strengths-based approach to guide our assessment, goals and ultimately our interventionUtilising a combination of standardised and non-standardised assessment, curated to the participants needs to guide our clinical reasoningCollaborating with our multi-disciplinary peers across the region. We have OTs, Phsyio’s, EP’s, Psychologists and Behaviour Support PractitionersVisiting and supporting participants in the environment that best suits their goals, this could be at home, at school or anywhere in the community where participant skills can be put into action.
About you!
Ideally, you have been working as a Speech Pathologist for a couple of years and you have a keen interest in supporting participants with a variety of differing needs and abilitiesYou are excited to work with a growing multi-disciplinary team You have a passion for delivering high quality, evidence based therapeutic interventionsYou are looking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environment!

Qualifications
To be considered suitable you will have:
Current certified practising membership with Speech Pathology AustraliaExperience as a Speech Pathologist beyond graduationExcellent time management and organisational skills to manage a varied caseloadProactive attitude, motivated by improvement and the opportunity to test and learn from new ideasLooking for a fun, collaborative and supportive work environmentGenuine passion for working in the disability sector
