Croydon Shire Council is currently seeking a compassionate and enthusiastic Childcare Educational Leader (Qualified) to join our dedicated team at the Croydon Childcare Centre.
This role supports the Director in providing a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children to explore, learn, and thrive. You will help deliver high-quality early childhood education and Out of School Hours Care services that align with the National Quality Framework, while also inspiring curiosity and fostering positive development in each child.

Position Description
Key Responsibilities:
Perform a broad range of administrative duties in a dynamic environment.
Deliver professional customer service and support to the Croydon community.
Assist in the preparation of correspondence, procedures, and reports.
Manage priorities effectively while working autonomously.
Maintain confidentiality and uphold high ethical standards.
Essential Requirements:

Skills & Qualifications:

Certificate III or Diploma in Children’s Services

Current First Aid/CPR/Anaphylaxis and Asthma certificates

Current Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
-
National Police Check
-
Sound understanding of childcare regulatory requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
