We’re looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to join our supportive, statewide team in Tasmania. In this work-from-home role, you’ll have the flexibility to be based anywhere across the state — while still feeling closely connected to a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team.You’ll work with NDIS participants to assess, diagnose, and deliver evidence-based therapy for a range of communication and swallowing challenges, including speech, language, voice, and fluency. Despite being remote, our team stays engaged, supportive, and committed to making a real difference in the lives of the people we serve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop personalised treatment plans
- Deliver targeted therapy using exercises, activities, and technology
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, educators, and families
- Maintain thorough documentation and prepare detailed reports
- Educate and advocate for clients
- Stay current through ongoing professional development
