Heartbeatcare Pty Limited
Launceston Full-day Full-time

Description:

At Transform Life, we are a nationwide team of skilled professionals committed to empowering clients through Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) and Allied health services. Our ethos is built on collaboration and continuous learning.
We’re now seeking a passionate Registered Behaviour Support Practitioner based in Launceston or surrounding regions to join our dedicated team. Working from home, you’ll have the flexibility to deliver services both via telehealth and in-person within your local community.
Why join us?
At our core, we’re a connected and supportive team that celebrates wins, shares knowledge, and lifts each other through challenges. You’ll never feel like you’re going it alone.
Work Your Way
Enjoy true flexibility by designing a work week that fits your life. With the convenience of working from home, you can achieve real work-life balance.
Grow With Confidence
We invest in your development with in-house supervision, professional development workshops, and access to our dynamic leadership program. From day one, you’ll be supported by a seamless onboarding experience.
Independence Meets Support
You’ll have the autonomy you need, with the tools, resources, and backing to help you thrive — including a laptop, mobile phone, and travel allowance.
Close-Knit & Agile
We’re just the right size — big enough to offer strong support, but small enough to stay agile and truly listen. Our front-line teams are heard, valued, and quickly supported.
Led By Practitioners, Powered By Diversity
As a practitioner-owned and operated organisation, we understand your world. Our leadership team brings cross-industry insights and versatile styles, adapting to serve both our team and our clients better.
What You’ll Need
  • Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (Core, Proficient, Advanced, or Specialist level).
  • Ideally tertiary qualifications in counselling, psychology, social work, child protection, developmental education, or a related field.
  • National Police Check, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to obtain).
  • Ability to work from home, with an open driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle. Travel allowance and tools of the trade provided.
