The Role
Demonstrate strategic leadership in overseeing a geographically dispersed water and sewerage operations team, ensuring cohesive performance across varied locations. Foster a strong, customer-focused culture by aligning team objectives with the delivery of high-quality, responsive, and reliable services. Leverage advanced leadership capabilities to build team cohesion, drive accountability, and inspire innovation, ultimately achieving optimal service outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

Lead and manage a geographically dispersed operations team to ensure effective delivery of water and sewerage services across multiple sites.

Support the Head of Operations to ensure the effective planning, scheduling, execution and reporting of the Departmental Operational and Maintenance strategies.

Provide technical and management input to Assets that informs asset strategy and asset performance.

Develop and implement strategic plans and performance frameworks to meet organisational goals, enhance service delivery, and support sustainable growth.

What we're looking for
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to manage a geographically dispersed water and sewerage operations team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, transferable technical knowledge, and a customer-first mindset to drive performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain high safety standards across all operations.

5+ years experience within leadership in a similar role.

Proven leadership experience in managing large, dispersed operational teams.

Strong customer focus, with a commitment to delivering high-quality and responsive services.

Substantial experience managing assets and resources to deliver a positive customer experience
