About The Opportunity
Your program leadership skills will be utilized to facilitate support to members of the community living with mental health conditions in our programs. The ability to provide culturally competent and inclusive services appropriate to the needs of people from diverse backgrounds is a skill that will see you succeed in this role. To allow a great work - life balance, this role offers flexible hours, and we are open to discuss individual requests and needs. You will also receive your own office and a work phone to keep your work and personal calls distinct.
Responsibilities of the role can be found on the position description below; though, they include:
Support the development and implementation of local systems and processes that fit within a whole-of-organisation context.Effective support and coordination of program staff including identifying current and projected knowledge, skills and staffing required for delivery of the organisation’s strategic plan.Ability to establish and maintain effective partnerships including liaison, mediation, negotiation, and consultation with various stakeholders including clinical services and other service providers.
What you will need for your new role:
Qualifications (degree) in a relevant discipline or equivalent experienceDemonstrated experience in a management role (minimum 2 years)Current valid Driver’s License and the ability to undertake travel for the roleCurrent Working with Children Check and NDIS Workers Screening CheckRight to Work within AustraliaSatisfactory National Police Records Check (less than 12 months old)NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate
