We are looking for a staff member who can represent our business over the phone as well as in face-to-face interactions with our customers.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role is responsible for collecting signing agreements, data entry of agreements, web page maintenance, overdue payments, and delivering smaller products. The successful candidate needs to treat our clients with respect and sincerity while communicating with them.
Your day will be varied and diverse, requiring plenty of interaction with people and some administration.
Primary tasks include (list not exhaustive):

Collecting specified documentation and uploading it via a tablet or laptop.

Completing contracts over the phone and obtaining online signatures. Data entry of the agreements.

Collecting payments.

Providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and handling complaints from customers.

Managing daily work volumes within agreed KPIs.

Communicating with other members of the team, both in the office and in the field.

Advising customers in a timely manner of any changes to product delivery details and/or customer service arrangements.

Purchasing products.

Maintaining the website.

Remuneration
The role comes with a company car and petrol, a laptop, an iPad Pro, and a phone. The package, including superannuation and other benefits, is estimated to be between $73,000 and $87,000. Pay is negotiable based on skill level and experience.
