What you will be doing:

  • Partnering with leaders and teams to foster a proactive safety culture.
  • Designing and rolling out wellbeing programs that go beyond the basics – think mental health, physical fitness, resilience training and psychological safety.
  • Leading risk assessments and developing safety systems tailored to marine and remote environments.
  • Driving compliance, continuous improvement, and innovative thinking in workplace health and safety.
  • Supporting incident investigations with empathy and professionalism – always seeking learning, not blame.

Who you are:

  • A natural leader and influencer, with strong people skills and a calm presence under pressure.
  • Experienced in safety leadership, ideally in remote or industrial environments.
  • Passionate about mental health and holistic wellbeing at work.
  • Creative and curious – you bring fresh ideas and love solving problems.
