Our client in Hobart is seeking a People and Culture Officer for the next three months to support their dynamic HR team in delivering high-quality, end-to-end people services. This is a hands-on role with strong balance of administrative and strategic exposure, perfect for someone looking to grow their HR career in a values-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Drive the end-to-end recruitment support including short-listing, interview scheduling, and onboarding.
- Reviewing and updating position descriptions.
- Managing shared inboxes and handles HR-related enquiries.
- Maintaining accurate data capture on platforms such as TechnologyOne, Lanteria and MS Office Suite.
- Support HR Projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
About You
- Certificate IV or higher qualification in HR, Business, Organisational Development or similar.
- Able to obtain a clear police check.
- Confident with HR systems and office software (e.g., Microsoft 365, Lanteria, TechnologyOne.
- Excellent communication skills and high-level administration skills in a fast-paced environments.
