We are seeking a Consultant/Specialist – Respiratory and Sleep to join a dynamic, expanding team. As a regional centre , it provides comprehensive inpatient and outpatient care, catering to a high prevalence of:
- Lung cancer
- Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)
- Pulmonary infections and tuberculosis
- Pulmonary fibrosis
- Sleep disorders

The Hospital:
A General Public Hospital that provides acute care facilities, this is an accredited teaching hospital that has a close partnership with the University Clinical School and the School of Nursing and Midwifery.
- Intensive care unit
- Acute medical unit
- Ward-based non-invasive ventilation
- Bronchoscopy services, including endobronchial ultrasound (EBUS)
- Pleural ultrasound and pleural procedures

Eligibility:
Holds specialist registration; or an International Medical Graduate (IMG) who has a recognised overseas specialist qualification and is assessed as having sufficient experience in the speciality (substantially comparable).
Vehicle Benefits: Fully maintained private vehicle or allowance ($28,389 p.a.)
Professional Development: CPD allowance ($16,480 p.a.)
Relocation Support: Up to $15,000 for approved appointees
Permanent Full-Time Role: 76 hours per fortnight ( with on-call duties )
