The Opportunity
We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals for Demi Chef roles to assist with the execution of Massimo Mele's menu which gives Italian cuisine a local Tasmanian twist. The menu has a produce driven philosophy – simple, uncomplicated and seasonally changing, using quality ingredients where the local produce is hero.
Our Demi Chef team members will have previous experience in a similar position, and:
- Enjoy connecting with growers and showcasing local produce
- Have genuine passion for cooking and celebrating hospitality
- Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- Great time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Able to execute dishes of extremely high quality
- Work cleanly and safely to health and safety standards
- Full working rights in Australia
