Your new role
As a Junior Process Engineer for the plant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, designing, developing, troubleshooting and ensuring the extraction and manufacturing activities are optimally delivered.
Your primary responsibilities will include:

Ensuring smooth operation of production lines, optimising the Standard Operating Procedures. Factory troubleshooting, resolving technical issues and liaison with the production operators. Modifying existing designs and coordination of process optimisation projects. Conducting industrial research and experiments to improve process efficiency and productivity. Supporting Capex projects and factory equipment improvements. Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. Ensuring manufactured products are compliant with customers specifications.
  • Preparing technical reports and documentation.

What youll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Tertiary qualifications in
  • Engineering, preferably Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Current experience working within a manufacturing environment, preferably pharma or food / beverage manufacturing.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
