Our Client:Our client is a growing national provider of in-home care, nursing, and allied health services for people with disabilities. They work with people across the lifespan, providing intervention within their rehabilitation clinic, supported accommodation facility and within the individual's home, school, or community.
About the Role:
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to take an NDIS/LSA caseload working in a multidisciplinary team who are passionate about working collaboratively to help people with disabilities achieve their goals. In this role you will support people under the NDIS and LSA schemes, delivering clinical assessments and therapy in the rehabilitation facility, their home or local community.
You will be well supported by a highly experienced Occupational Therapist and Allied Health Manager. You will receive supervision and mentoring, as well as in-house and external professional development opportunities to achieve your goals.
This role is open to full-time or part-time applicants.

About You:
- Degree in Occupational Therapy and AHPRA registration
- 2+ years experience in NDIS
- A passion for working with people with a disability
- Drive to provide evidence-based practice and continue to develop professionally
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to supervise junior OTs and students
- Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check (NDISWC) Clearance or willingness to obtain
- Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain
- Current driver’s license and car
